Laila Ghanim Al Hemeiri ( LGA) aims to equip the professional and nonprofessional women with professional training, mentorship, development and career enhancement so they can cope up with their career and living. Women is the key element and player in the success and happiness of all family member, hence Laila Ghanim Al Hemeiri ( LGA) aims to help the professional and nonprofessional women to enhance their knowledge and career through attending tailored made professional trainings and meet other members of successful women in networking events.

We make the women aware with their hidden strength and help them to grow their confidence. We gave them tips to understand the business and its need professionally which really help them either to work for any organization or to run their own business confidently.

At LGA, we are having many programs for the women keen to learn and enhance which are related to audit, accounting and risk management, To adopt these elements and features we organize many educational and networking events.

Key Points

We are providing in-house development programs such as customized audit skills training program and advanced audit and assurance trainings to elements directly to our women professionals.
Apart from in-house programs, we took our women professional in outdoor events where they meet with highly professional, successful and skilled women and gain the knowledge, tips and confidence from them. We are "LGA Women Helping Women Succeed in accounting,auditing and risk management fields"
LGA promotes to many organizations for helping any woman individual as Dress for success in our society. Our motto through this mission “Dress for Success” is to arrange network of support, outfit for professionals and required development stuffs which is helpful for women to succeed in their personal and professional life with no economical hassle.
